国家知识产权局商标局发布《关于调整商标注册收费标准的公告》。
CNIPA Trademark Office to Reduce Some Trademark Registration Fees from July 1.
日前，国家知识产权局商标局发布《关于调整商标注册收费标准的公告》（下称《公告》）。
《公告》规定：一、受理商标续展注册费由1000元降为500元。二、变更费收费标准由250元降为150元；对提交网上申请并接受电子发文的商标变更业务，免收变更费。三、对提交网上申请并接受电子发文的其他商标业务，涉及《公告》所列收费项目的，包括受理商标注册费、补发商标注册证费、受理转让注册商标费、受理商标续展注册费、受理续展注册迟延费、受理商标评审费、出具商标证明费、受理集体商标注册费、受理证明商标注册费、商标异议费、撤销商标费、商标使用许可合同备案费，按现行标准的90%收费。
The Trademark Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration ("CNIPA") has recently issued the Announcement on Adjusting the Trademark Registration Fee Standards (the "Announcement").
The Announcement reads that: 1. The trademark registration renewal fee will be halved from CNY1,000 to CNY500; 2. The fee standard for changes to information on a registered trademark will be lowered from CNY250 to CNY150, and if applicants submit online applications for changes to information on registered trademarks and agree to receive electronic certificates, such changes will not be charged; and 3. As regards other trademark business for which applications are filed online and electronic certificates are acceptable by applicants, the fee items charged for such business, which include, as specified in this Announcement, the trademark application fee, the fee charged for a trademark certificate replacement, the fee charged for registered trademark transfer, the trademark registration renewal fee, the fee charged for delay in trademark registration renewal, the trademark examination fee, the fee charged for issuance of trademark certification, the collective trademark registration fee, the certification mark registration fee, the fee charged for trademark disputes, the trademark cancellation fee, and the fee charged for record-filing of a trademark license agreement, will be collected at 90% of the current fee standard.
