对原产于美国约600亿商品加征关税

国务院税委会：对原产于美国约600亿美元进口商品加征关税

近日，国务院关税税则委员会下发《关于对原产于美国约600亿美元进口商品实施加征关税的公告》（下称《公告》）。


《公告》规定：一、对税委会公告[2018]6号所附对美加征关税商品清单的商品，自2018年9月24日12时01分起加征关税，对其附件1所列2493个税目商品、附件2所列1078个税目商品加征10%的关税，对其附件3所列974个税目商品、附件4所列662个税目商品加征5%的关税。二、其他事项按照税委会公告[2018]6号执行。

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has recently distributed the Announcement on Imposing Additional Tariffs on Approximately USD60 Billion Worth of Imported Goods Originating from the U.S. (the "Announcement").


The Announcement states that: (1) Additional tariffs will be levied on commodities placed on the lists of US imports subject to additional tariffs, affixed to the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission [2018] No.6, effective from September 24, 2018, at 00:01, to be specific, 10 percent additional tariffs on 2,493 goods listed in the Appendix I and 1,078 goods listed in the Appendix II, and 5 percent additional tariffs on 974 goods listed in the Appendix III and 662 goods listed in the Appendix IV. (2) Other affairs shall be subject to provisions of the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission [2018] No.6.
